Terms of Service.

Using WalNotes

By creating an account or using WalNotes, you agree to these terms. You’re responsible for what you store in your account and for keeping your wallet secure. Don’t use WalNotes to store or share anything illegal, to abuse the service (including trying to bypass rate limits or access other users’ notes), or to resell access without our agreement.

Billing

  • Card subscriptions (Premium, Walrus Memory add-on) — billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time from Manage Billing; you keep access through the end of the paid period, no partial-month refund.
  • Founding Walrus — a one-time card or USDC payment for lifetime Premium access. No recurring charge, ever.
  • USDC on Sui — a direct on-chain transfer from your wallet, not a subscription. Grants run for a fixed period per payment (see /docs) and don’t auto-renew. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature — we can’t issue a refund on-chain, and we don’t hold custody of the funds to refund from. If a payment was sent in error, contact us and we’ll see what we can do on our end (like adjusting the grant), but the transfer itself can’t be undone.
  • Card refunds — handled case-by-case; contact us within 14 days of a charge.

Service availability

WalNotes is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee the service, Walrus backups, or on-chain payment verification will always be available or error-free — third-party infrastructure (Convex, Walrus, Sui, Stripe) is outside our direct control. We’re not liable for losses from downtime, data loss, or third-party service failures beyond what’s required by law.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (abuse, illegal content, payment fraud) — where practical, we’ll tell you why.

Changes & contact

We’ll update this page if these terms change. Questions? Reach us at support@walnotes.xyz. See also our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
