Board

Cookie Policy.

The short version

WalNotes uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. That’s it — no ad trackers, no cross-site analytics cookies, nothing to opt out of because there’s nothing else there.

What we set

  • Session cookie (essential) — set when you sign in, so the app knows it’s you on your next visit instead of asking you to log in again. It stores an authentication token, nothing about your browsing. This cookie is required for the app to work — there’s no consent banner for it because it’s strictly necessary, the same category as a shopping cart cookie.

What we don’t set

  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No third-party analytics trackers.
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind.

Third-party services we integrate with — Stripe for card payments, your Sui wallet extension — may set their own cookies or local storage when you interact with them directly (e.g. on a Stripe checkout page). Those are covered by their own policies, not this one.

Local storage

Separately from cookies, your browser’s local storage may hold small bits of app state (like your last-viewed cabinet) so the board feels the same when you come back. This never leaves your browser and isn’t a tracking mechanism.
